CSR Partnership for Road Safety and Better Roads in Bengaluru

Bengaluru loses lakhs of hours every day in traffic, and many of the causes are small design mistakes that can be fixed at low cost. Infra Kaizen finds those mistakes with field data and pushes for the fix. A CSR partnership with us puts your company's name on measurable improvement in the city where your people live and work.

Registration status: Infra Kaizen is a registered non-profit organisation. Our CSR-1 registration with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs is in progress. We are happy to plan projects with CSR teams now.

Projects open for CSR support

City-wide signal audit

Survey signals zone by zone for phase order, timing and free-left provision, and give the traffic police a corrected list. Builds on our 70-signal survey.

IRC compliance audit of roads

Score selected roads against IRC guidelines and publish a simple road-wise report card with the top fixes for each road.

Junction improvement pilots

Pick high-risk junctions near your campus, study them, and propose low-cost changes in markings, signs and signal timing, then measure the result.

Road safety awareness

Practical sessions for schools, colleges and residents on lane discipline, pedestrian safety and how to report road problems.

Citizen reporting programme

Train volunteers to report faulty signals, missing markings and unsafe spots, and track each report until it is resolved.

Engineer training on IRC

Workshops on IRC codes for young engineers and students, so that the next generation designs roads right the first time.
